Enhanced Athlete is located in Cheyenne. It is a Wyoming-centered firm that focuses on bodybuilding and fitness enhancements. The company offers its services locally and internationally. Enhanced Athlete Company was able to convince the court on the case that was filed by the Nutrition Distribution Company against it. This case was presented in the District Court of California, United States. The filed lawsuit alleged that the Enhanced Athlete Company was using false advertisements to markets its products.

At the defense of its position, Enhanced Athlete responded that Nutrition Distribution was in a mission of shakedown as it intended to manipulate other enhancement firms to pay some amount of money to settle the issue failure to which the company would face high legal fines. Additionally, Enhanced Athlete claimed that the complainant, in that case, could not give tangible evidence of any damage it suffered as a result of the alleged claims since there was not any connection between the two whatsoever. On the other hand, Nutrition Distribution claimed that it had suffered losses out of lost sales as a result of false advertisement of products by the Enhanced Athlete.

The court settled the matter as it sided with argument tabled by the Enhanced Athlete since Nutrition Distribution was unable to prove any connection between its sales decrease and the alleged Enhanced Athlete false advertisement.

Reacting on the matter, the Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Athlete, Scott Cavell said that his company was not set to be the next prey of Nutrition Distribution shakedown mission. He also added that provided that fitness and bodybuilding augment companies keep on compensating for value settlements then the usual complainer would not keep its shakedown plot.

The Enhanced Athlete Company come up with behavioral standards for coaches as a step towards the company’s commitment towards offering a professional and safe sporting and athletic environment. Enhanced Athlete company coaches were expected to promote and respect the set EA Code of Ethic fully. The company also pledged to ensure commitment to every training, teaching or assessment of all its education followed the set Policies and Principles. EA Company even went ahead to securing its legal mandates per the Australian law concerning discrimination, child and harassment protection. The company also required its coaches to emulate professionalism when handling riders especially at the times of touching and doing gear check or when helping with position corrections. All coaches were also required to register with the organization.
